HOW FAR WOULD YOU GO TO GET WHAT YOU WANT?

That's the main idea behind Shivilenco's latest feature film The Protagonist.

David Henley (Lawrence Larkin) is a struggling actor trying to find the big break that will propel him to stardom.

His girlfriend, Carla (Joanne Sartorius) is beginning to lose faith in her man and has finally come to the conclusion that he may just be using her.

Enter Andy Moorfield (Paul Hilts), an ex soap-star turned local celeb. Andy offers David a driving job that he himself was supposed to do for a local businessman, Joe Lunt (Paddy Byrne).

So begins a night that will change David’s life forever.

Shivilenco has finally branched out and grabbed some of the best talent on the Merseyside acting scene.

The Protagonist is our most ambitious movie to date with a story that will make your head spin with delight.
